i want a new hair straightener and i like tha price of this one :) but i was wondering if it's a good quality.Is babylisss pro 230 hair straightener a good one?!?
It isn't the best, I'm afraid. So I just answered another girl's question just like this. haha.



So I have the most unruly, super thick curly disgusting hair that flips out at the ends and doesn't last very long with regular straighteners.

When I take a shower and get out, my hair becomes an afro and that is NOT an exaggeration. With regular straighteners, it takes two hours to straighten my hair and it still does not stay straight throughout the day. I seriously don't think anyone has worst hair than me. I can almost bet on it.



I've had a babylisss pro 230 hair straightener, and of course, it sucked. All it did was frizz out my hair... NO GOOD! ISo, i went to the mall one day. Of course, there are kiosks selling various items and one was a straightener kiosk. I got persuaded into them doing my hair and I was AMAZED! This straightener was PHONOMENAL. better than the Chi! WAY better than the Chi! The thing that made it so amazing were the floating ceramic plates. Floating plates just mean that they aren't just glued in there like most straighteners, they are sitting in there so when you straighten your hair, they move with your hair so it doesn't pull your hair and it gets even straighter that way.



BUT, it was almost 400 dollars at the kiosk! I was like NO WAY JOSE. So I went home, looked up the straightener and found a seller on ebay that sells them brand new for about $60. The best thing is that this straightener comes in a variety of prints and colors--black, pink, cheetah, ZEBRA (the one I have), ETC.



This straightener also makes AMAZING curls. Amazing. And you can even put cut waves in your hair that are ADORABLE.



It has control temp for lighter easier hair but mines always on the highest temp. It doesn't damage your hair as much as other products, like the Chi, and it's a Japanese straighter. Those Japanese NEVER make a bad product!



And if you want to protect your hair further, I would use Aquage. It's about 20-25 dollars per bottle but is absolutely DIVINE. My hair is coarse and not think at all but when you put this in your hair after you take a shower it not only makes it smell good, it makes it SUPER soft when you straighten it. You will be amazed, I guarantee it.



OH. I guess you're probably wondering the name of the straightener, eh?

it is good i have these. They are good for the price. Another pair similar to these are these pair, they are cobalt blue and i have these too, i have 2 pairs of straightners.

i own the iso straightener which was $160 and i also own the chi which was like 40 or 50 dollars. the chi is just as good, it makes your hair silky and smooth, and i dont know what i'd do without a chi haha it's seriously the best you have to get it :) and everyone i know that owns a chi loves it!
i had babyliss hair straightners once and i never had any since they would never work very well

the best and cheapest to go for is remington

they are realy good and last long and dont break and they aernt exspensive

you can get some for like 30

so i would definetaly recoment remington

otherwise if you have a 100 to spend then get some GHD's but if not REMINGTON
