Chi.

but if you straighten your hair a lot then please invest in the chi products that protect your hair. if you don't have something to protect it it will dry out your hair.Which is the best hair straightener??
I love my SEDU styling iron!

Which ever straightner you choose, to get a really good one, make sure it has a 'TOURMALINE CERAMIC' plate (not metal!). Tourmaline, which is a precious stone, generates up to 6 times more negative ions upon heating than traditional ceramic irons. Plus, with it being a ceramic plate, it releases the heat, to thoroughly wrap around and allow heat through the hair. A metal plate only heats itself.

Imagine the difference of placing your hair in front of the heater, and having the heat run through your hair. And then placing your hair on the stovetop burner. And having the heat hit your hair.

Also, make sure it has IONIC technology. Ions renew hair with softness and shine plus, they eliminate frizz.

With thick wavy hair, I would recommend one with a 1 1/2'; to a 2'; plate. Since you're going for a really straight hair, and not adding any waves or curls in.

GOOD LUCK!
Either a Chi or a GHD. They are great because they are ceramic so they evenly heat the hair with no hot spots and they are a professional tool. I use mine all day every day at work and have had it for several years. Just dont wrap the cord around it when you store it. It can cause shorting. If you are going to pay that much for one you want to have it for a long time.
VS Sassoon Goddes, it ahs steam which conditions your hair, and a combing-type-thing which...combs your hair.

It's worth the money ( $200AUD)

Just go onto the website.
