I've never heard of a heatmaster, but I know for sure a Sedu works better than a Chi, and as far as I know, it's the best out there.
I tried it at my friends' house, and it was amaaaaaazing!

Sorry, I couldn't find how much a Heatmaster was, but a Sedu is about $100.

I belive it is around $80 .... it depents on your hair...different brends work for different people....
