Use all kinds of moisturizing hair products made specifically for hair with lots of breakage... shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, smoothing gel, shine spray, etc. I used to have terrible breakage from straightening, but since I've started using all of these things my hair is so much healthier and looks much better.Hair straightener question?
Trim it often. Every 6 weeks. Your probably using the wrong brush. Don't use one that snags ur hair. Or ur hair could be over processed and weak. Try some biosilk silk therapy. I luv that stuff. R u leaving the heat on too long in one spot. Y don't u switch up ur styles and try a wavy look with some texturizing cream or spray. That will give ur hair a break from the heat. What What.
Don't straighten your hair everyday. After taking a shower, let your hair dry naturally (don't blow dry it). Also, use a restoring/moisturizing shampoo. If you take a shower everyday (which you should), don't use too much shampoo or conditioner (there are chemicals in them too!). If you do all this, over time, your hair will heal. You can also go to the store and look at the different kinds of shampoos and pick one that is especially for damaged hair.
