Maybe instead of a CHI you should get a Solia. Most of the time the CHI makes your hair dry/damaged and sometimes it breaks on people in a couple months. The Solia keeps your hair nice and healthier and you can go on the links under to see the details and compare other brands. It's $75 and it lasts long.

Solia lasts longer than the Sedu and CHI for some people and it's one of the three top brands of hair straighteners being (Sedu, CHI, and Solia). Good luck:);)Hair Straightener Help Please!!!?
i have wavy/curly hair too and i straighten it everyday so i have to have nice straighteners.
i had a chi first and i loved it but then it broke and i got another one that broke too so they quit making them.
so i switched to a paul mitchell straightener and it is AMAZING! even better than the chi so i recommend that one..
and it makes your hair look shiny and healthy too.
hope i helped.
I have naturally curly curly hair. .I also use a Straightener almost everyday. I bought a knock off version of the CHI straightener for about $60 at Sally's beauty supply. And it has lasted me for 3 years and I love it, and it doesn't dry my hair out either.. hope this helps
CHI all the way. It's $100 and i suggest don't buy it at sallys. if you buy it from someone who works at a salon they can give you a lifetime warranty ;). And try using CHI protection spray, it's works goood!
chi 60-150.00 at beauty supply stores.
also condition your hair everyday and good hair products such as biosilk and morocan oil
yeah def. go with a chi. it keeps the moisture in your hair you will rarley see any steam coming out of it as you strighten your hair.
yeah i say CHi!
CHI.. you can't go wrong with it.
