hey omg i have the same problem!im going to get one too and yes its worth it it heats up really fast and straightens your hair really good![:also you can get the chi or the fhi they straighten really good also after straightening your hair put in heat protection so it doesnt mess up your hair also you dont need to buy a 60 dollar one they have like bed heads at marshalls and tj maxx for like 20 bucks.

Hi I am a licensed cosmetologist with 20 years exp. and a website www.hairhelp911.com. It depends on how curly your hair is. If your hair is really curly I wouldn't waste 60 on it. I think you would be disappointed. Good luck, Steph
