Best hair straightener? ?

I have SUPER curly and thick hair! Like i'm not african american but my hair could be! My hair comes out as a giant poof even when i straighten it because its so thick! I can't permanently straighten my hair.. not allowed. What straightener is the best? I've heard there are new ones that you can use on wet hair without damage?Best hair straightener? ?
One thing you should keep in mind,

never straighten your hair wet!! So the wet 2 straight

kind are horrible for your hair, they will fry it.

I have a Sedu straightener, I've had it for over a year

and its fabulous cos I have very thick and wavy hair.

www.sedubeauty.com

or

www.folica.com

you can also buy it at Ulta.

Do your research on it :]

Chi was rated above average, Sedu was rated the bestt

and Chi's were also recalled for hire hazardsBest hair straightener? ?
From my experience (and trust me, I know a thing or two about unruly hair), the Chi brand straighteners work like no others. They turn my thick, impossibly randomly wavy hair perfectly straight and shiny. Granted, it's a fairly lengthy process to get it perfect, and it will cost you close to a hundred dollars, but you will not be disappointed with the results.

And about the wet-to-straight ones, they have not worked as well for me in the past. Maybe they are better now, but if you want guaranteed quality, go with a Chi.
Any type of straightener will damage your hair-some more than others. You need to put a product on the hair before you use a straightener so the straighter will not damage the hair much. The one that I have is a CHI. It heats up fast and I do like the results. It is around $120 I think and there is no way for me to adjust the heat. I think there is a CHI that does have heat adjust though. You can't use the CHI on wet hair.
The kiyoseki is the best straightner in the world trust me on this one.It can straighten and it can curl your hair if you want. And also when it hot outside your hair stays straight it will not frizz outside. This iron is also healthy for your hair.My hair is poofy frizzy SUPER curly and it works so good on my hair. I really cant live without it. To so see the commercial and reviews go to www.kstyler.com and if you have any questions you can always email me hope this helped.=)

Rimigton-wet2straight or conair-infiniti. I wouldn't go with one of the most popular hair straghtiners called the CHI because if u have really thick hair it dosen't work to well. I have thick long wavy hair and I bought it and tried it and well it was a waste of money. I have both the wet2 straight and the infiniti and they both work great.
Definitely the Chi. It's a thin iron and you can get it close to your roots and just move slowly down your hair to make sure it heats up well and stays straight.

It's the only thing I've used for years and I have naturally WAVY thick hair. =)

I hope this helped!
all straighteners do damage, i use GHDS and they are amazing! my hair is really thick and really curly, i use the wide plate ones and it takes me 30- 40 minutes! with hair like ours we have to protect our hair with heat protection shampoos conditioners and spray.
Do NOT try the remington wet2straight. My hair is naturally straight (but not like stick straight) and this made my hair dry and puffy ): idk why everyone likes it so much, Invest in a better flat iron like CHI, there is a wet2dry CHI called CHI turbo i believe.
there is none that dont cause damage to wet hair that actually work but the best hair straightner is CHI there sorta expensive but you cant get any better ones there amazing
Remiginton Wet 2 Straight. It runs about 25-30 dollars.
GHDs

always
omg this one is just for u its called remington wet to straight it really works great. i have frizzy hair and it works when ur hair is wet
CHI. It might be a little on the expensive side, but its worth it
