i have bought one from sally beauty for around 40 and omg its amazing! my friend has a top brand chi and mine works if not just as good or better than hers. and ive had it for a year and still working, it actually makes your hair feel soft after straightening. its called plugged in ill get the link for ya :

Any kind of ceramic straightener will work well, but my personal favorite for any kind of hair is a Chi. It'll run you about $130, but it's totally worth it
In-Styler is supposed to be the best but ive never had it or anything. You can go to In-styler.com if ya wanna check it out
