Hair Straightener? Ceramic or metal?

If i get a hair straightener, should i get ceramic or metal? and if i do get one, should i buy anything to put in my hair after i take a shower and blow dry? if so, what should i get t put in my hair to prevent serious damage??Hair Straightener? Ceramic or metal?
you should use a ceramic straightener. i personally love the CHI flat iron. it doesn't damage my hair and i use it almost everyday. it's also a big time saver. it used to take 4 hours to straighten my hair and now it takes about an hour.Hair Straightener? Ceramic or metal?
ceramic. I have a chi straightener which is the absolute best (expensive) but highly recommended by hair stylists.
I really like my CHI flat iron. I've always heard ceramic is the very best to use. Just make sure to use a protective spray or cream to prevent damage to your hair.
ceramic.

the metal one gets hot and comes thru the plastic.
always ceramic.

heat protective cream and serum.
Get a GHD
use serum and stuff like that but i like my metal one better than my old chi.
