Hair straightener question?

Is using a hair drier and hair straightener to straighten hair to much heat for the hairHair straightener question?
yes if you dont condition your hair wellHair straightener question?
let your hair air dry then comb it with a little bit of oil or hair iron protectent then straighted it
after you blow dry your hair..use the cool button on the dryer..it will help with frizz and will cool the hair down.
you can buy heat protector products that are specially made for those types of things.
try putting skinny serum in before u straiten it. it wont dry it out. u can buy it at salons or target.
yes it can damage your hair alottt

if you are going to blow dry it, dont straighten it

and if you want it straight then let your hair dry naturally

whenever you style your hair, use a product so your hair isnt damaged as much
It's definitely too much heat.If you use the hair straightener you don't need to dry your hair, b/c the straightener will do it for you. Make sure you use some heat protection product. I use Nexus Heat Protexx. It's really good, and it makes your hair smooth and silky too.
Yeah, the heat's bad for your hair. I suggest buying those heat protectors and put it in your hair before straighting it. =]
the whole thing about heat being bad for your hair is a myth. the truth in that is that if you have heat on your hair for an extended amount of time it's bad. hair can handle heat as long as it's not for too long. if you have a good straightener and not just some 20 dollar one from wal mart you're fine, because you just go over it like 2 times and it's done. it's just if your straightener doesn't get hot enough and you have to go over it like, 5 times when it's a problem. it really just depends on the quality of your straightener.
