will using a hair straightener spoil ur hair? as in make it dry or something? i am pretty scared to try...Hair straightener?
using straighteners does damage your hair and can make it dry and brittle depending on how much you use it.
dont be scared to use a straightener, just buy a spray or serum that is designed as a heat protectant then your worries will go away =] i would say going to a salon to get it is a good idea - a bit more expensive but its worth it for what it is.Hair straightener?
Well it can. But if you get a spray that helps with heat damage it wont. Or if you do it ever so often and not constontly it wont harm your hair at all.
It should be fine. Use a heat-protectant spray. I straighten my hair all the time and it is still soft, silky, and not damaged-looking.
Good luck!
:)
i straighten my hair every day!! lol it does dry out your hair a little, so deep condition once a week. and use really good shampoo%26amp;conditioner.
It can damage your hair, but only if you use it a lot. Actually, Ive straightened my hair for over 4 years and mine is in pretty good condition.
Use a spray that is made for hot tools, that will protect your hair. You can get it practically anywhere. Bedhead makes some, and so do herbal essence. Sallys beauty supply has a great selection.

No it won't spoil it, as long as you know how to use it. It will however make your hair dry so you'll have to start using hair products if you use it a lot. But if you only use it like 2ce a week then i wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure to use it carefully and not to rip out the ends or damage them.
And it really depends on what salon you go to. If you go to a really popular salon, like one that everyone goes to, paticulary in the mall or something, it's going to cost a lot of money. So i would stay away from there.
:)))))
good luck!
