I would suggest the Jilbere de Paris Tourmaline they should still be at Sally's. It is sliver with red plates and has 40 different Degrees It is thicker plated which I perfer better but i hope i could help



Ps. They usally last up to 2 years I have had mine for At least 3 it is the best one i have every used along with the gold plated ones which was nice too. The red plating stands up to hair spray and other hair product's ; also it does not pull your hair, well i have not had it happen in less i was being care less with it. :) always put hair proecten on your spilt ends and fraigle ends.
ok so i have the curliest, frizziest, HUGEST hair EVER ! i had no way to tame it... that is until i got my CHI. its absolutley AMAZING! on the other hand my other friend has wavy/straightish hair and she LOVES the CHI too. trust me-if it can work on mine and my friend jenns super thick hair, it can work on ANY kind of hair. plus, ive never even heard of the sedu.... so its obviously not as popular lol
I have the Chi and it works really well. It keeps my hair straight for longer than a day. My hair is wavy so when humidity is in the air it just poofs up but with the Chi i think it works really well. You can do different style with it straight crimped curly wavy. A lot. :) I really like the Chi. Glides down smoothly and straighten etc. really fast. 10- 15 minutes on my hair maybe even less. I think you should go for the Chi.

I dont have sedu or Chi! but i do have a straightner called Wet2Straight it helps my hair alot! my hair is naturally curly, but with the straightner i use, it looks naturally straight!
I heard sedu is really good. My sister tried it and it made her hair really shiny and pretty. I have the chi and its pretty good.

I've never heard of Sedu but I use CHI heat protection spray, and I love it. So I'd say CHI, I'm a fan (:
