Best hair straightener/flat iron? ?

i have wavy to curly hair(kind of thin) and i want to know, for my hair type what would be the best flat iron to use? also, what is the best flat iron that you have used? i have heard many good things about the new conair red one but that one is a bit too expensive for me. any ideas?Best hair straightener/flat iron? ?

one tip I have for you is get a not so wide one..I made a big mistake by buying a wide iron (2 or 3 inches I think)

I got a loreal one, but that was a couple years ago..the iron itself is pretty good..but it's way too bulky..

if you just go to a local drug store or super market, look at the ones they have, determine how much you want to spend, and get one with the ';ionic'; technology (i think that's what it's called at least..)

best way is to go to a salon. hair iron damages your hair badly believe me. dont just do it yourself. your hair will get dry plus after you take a bath, you hair will become more wavy, worse than before.
