my Q is the plates look like they are burnt and I cant find anywhere online to see if there is a proper way to clean the plates? the plates are ceramic....my hair just doesn't seem to be straighting the same as when I first got itI have a Remington hair straightener...?
did u use it in wet hair? that happened to mine. i bought a new hair straightener cuz mine was giving up anyways. i think the thing i might've had was rust. not sure
but it sounds like urs is overheated. if its overheated, then u have to replace the plates. and going throught the hassel of replacing a remmington straghtener plates is just not worth it.
