which one works really good and doesn't destroy your hair as much, price doesn't matter. and what are some good heat protector products to use before i straighten my hair?
:]%26lt;3Best hair straightener?
Chi makes some of the best straighteners, and the Infiniti steam straightener is good too. There both a little expensive %26gt;100$ but work really well. I use Paul Mitchell skinny serum throughout my hair before I straighten it, it makes your hair dry faster and really soft, without making it oily/greasy.Love it.Best hair straightener?
Ceramic flat irons are the best as they produce consistent heat-- Chi is the best brand and is used by professionals and is incredibly reliable.
As far as heat products go, Bio Silk Therapy protects your hair and makes it shiny when using a flat iron (http://www.folica.com/BioSilk_Silk_Th_d811.html)
I wouldn't recommend Matrix Sleek Look Smoothing System even though it works as it makes your hair smell really bad (http://www.folica.com/Matrix_Sleek_Lo_d4718.html)
Conair has a great ceramic straighter. I don't remember the exact name of it, but you can identify it by its color, its bright red. You can actually straighten your hair while its wet.It pretty neat and effective. You can use heat defense by VO5 right before you straighten it.
AMIKA HAIR STRAIGHTENER! you might see them at those booths in the middle of the mall. I used to use a chi hair straightener, but i switched to amika and its amazing. it straightens really good, my hair is naturally curly, its like a fro! lol I would use chi products before you straighten your hair, its what my hair lady uses, and my hair feels great when shes done!
whatever you do... do not get the chi
it makes your hair look disgustingly straight
and it destroys your hair, plus its not the best one on the market
get the cera magic hair straigthener, it makes you hair very silky and locks the moisture in your hair. it straightens your hair very well.

I have this paul mitchell salon brand Straightener and it is amazing; it does its job 10x faster than any other Straightener i've had and does a terrific job;
(this is it ) -----%26gt; http://z.hubpages.com/u/808244_f260.jpg
it can go up to 400 degrees and as long as you dont keep it in one spot to long no damage !
Before i straighten i always use aquage (this is it)

It keeps my hair shiny and helps to reduce flyaways :)
Im in love with my straightener.
the best hair straightner that ive found is a CHI.. most salons use it too, because its ceramics so its not as damaging to your hair, and it works wonders. itll run you like $130 but its well worth it if your hair is a frizz ball.
The Chi is the best. They also have a silk formula to put on your hair when it is wet and spray to put on before you use the flatiron so your hair is a little less likely to get damaged.
CHI is the one and only best hair straightener these days.....
