Sorry, I've tried everything. Those cheap irons dont work at all. I tried the chi iron and was amazed. Cant live without it.
Definitely a conair. You can get a great one for 44 dollars I think. Make sure on the label it says ';Non Damaging';. This will make your hair look better and won't dry it out.

For me which my hair is frizzy and puffy and the straightener that i have is called : Revlon Ceramic.
I got mine at sallys beauty supply for 100.00 but it worked the best.it was all ceramic.that is important.the ones at wal-mart and drug stores are not good at all.waste of money.This one worked fast.you don't have to go over one piece of hair over and over.it's a lil exspensive but it does the job in half the time of them cheap ones.
i buy the white conair flat iron from walmart it cost like 17 dollars and has done miracles for my hair!!!

Get the chi..its awesome.. a little more pricey but well worth it!!!! its awesome!!!! it has a lifetime warranty.. its ceramic.. and it leaves your hair so smooth and just PERFECT.

Conair, those work reall well and are under 50 bucks. They also have like everything to do with your hair. SAlly beuty salon has lots for under 50 and they work the best from my standpoint

i got mine for thirty dollors at Sallys beauty salon. good staighners go up to at least 400 degress. mine goes up to 460..so it works good
