My hair straightener?

i just bought a new hair straightener (paul mitchel, sleek and straight) i got it from a hari salon....is it a good one? will it burn my hair? is there anything elase i can do to make the straightener not burn my hair? please help! :) tnxMy hair straightener?
If ur hair is natural curly like mine, ur hair won't burn out if neither one is wet. If u have straight hair already and u use it ur hair will most likely burn out!

when you turn you're hair strightener on dont put it any higher than 10(or els you're hair will most likely get burned.but then don't put it any lower than 5(because then it won't do anything to you're hair)........

Generally speaking, most anything you buy from a salon will do more good than bad for your hair.
it depends on what type of hair you have please let me know
to make little hair damage use a heat syling cream to avoid damaging your hair. do not straighten wet hair. you dont straighten hair everyday. and make sure you use the proper heat setting to avoid burning hair.
you never really know if it will burn your hair until you try it on a section. it seems like a good one though
i dont know but one thing dont use it on wet hair
Don't let the straightener touch your hair,and don't straight them when they are completely dry. Use ''L'OREAL Hot liss'',(it is pink) or ''L'OREAL tec hot style iron finish''(it is black).Tey are both good for straightener and iron.
