How much $ do they cost
What should I look for (i.e. ceramic plated, etc.. what is it called?)Buying a good quality hair straightener...?
if you want a really good, salon- straight straightener, then you should get the Conair Wet-2-Straight hair straightener. its easy, digital, and it WORKS! You can get perfectly straight hair in a half hour or less! My sister has one. Her Friend introduced it to her, She got two of them. She said that it was the best straightener that shes ever had. and it really is! my hair is the WORST to straighten. with my Revalon, it takes me almost 2 hours, but with the Conair Wet-2-straight, it only takes 30 minutes or less. And guess what! you can find it almost everywhere, like at Target, and its only 20$ most places. its very cheap, but it is the BEST!!! i would recommend it to everyone!!Buying a good quality hair straightener...?
i got 1 from marshals for like 12 dollars and it works realy good but its not name brand or anything

You really should ask Al Sharpton.
It depends how much $$ your willing to spend. if you want the best get a CHI one. those are like $150 though. what i've learned is that the thinner plate ones work better than the thicker plate %26amp;%26amp; they dont ruin your hair as much. you could go to a Sally's beauty store. they have ones there for around $50 and they work good also. orr if you really dont want to spend a lot of money. go to walmart. hehe. the only thing i think you need to get in a straightner is the smaller plate ones..i think they're 1 inch? im not positive.
a Chi is a very good brand but it is like 150$ so i went to Sally Beauty((or ur local beauty supply store)) and ask for the best flat iron they have
hope this helps :)
hey i had the same problem then my hair dresser said the chi is really good and it can curl, flip, straighten, and more. but i bought it at target for $130. they run $100 and up
Get a ceramic straightner like Sedu or GHD. You can get them at www.folica.com or at salons. The Sedu cost $125 it has a two year warranty. It dosen't pull your hair and leaves it smooth and nice. It straightenes your hair quickly and lasts longer. The GHD cost 100-190 it straightenes, curls, flips, or does twirls to your hair leaving it shiny and smooth. Plus GHD's advanced infra-red heat actually protects your hair by sealing in its natural oils, moisture and hair colour guaranteeing you beautifully straight hair with an attractive healthy shine.
