Hair straightener ?

what is a really good; but not too expensive straightener?Hair straightener ?
Okay, I have been researching hair straighteners for like 3 weeks straight. You need to decide for yourself but here are the top brands: Sedu and ghd. I know you may have NEVER heard of ';Sedu'; because it is sold exclusively through the world's largest online beauty store. Folica.com

You need to look for one with:

*** Toumaline technology (hair naturally produces positive ions, but toumaline produces extra negative ions and therefore smooths the hair cuticle and means less damage is done)

*** So look for a ceramic (NOT cermaic coated, it has to be all ceramic) plate straightener with Tourmaline infused into the plates.

I e-mailed ghd and they do NOT use toumaline (t-or-ma-line). Also they do not have adjustable heat settings so it remains at a constant high temperature which is NOT good for all hair types.

***So look for adjustable temperature.

*** A good straightener (or ';flat iron';) goes to minimum 200 degrees Celcius.

*** A swivel cord so that it doesn't get tangled and annoy you while straightening.

-I have heard that the brand 'CHI' is VERY BAD, some have CAUGHT on FIRE!! (Seriosuly).

Check out Sedu straighteners at http://www.folica.com/Sedu_Flat__360_1.h/a>

All the best :-) P.s. Im getting a Sedu.Hair straightener ?
Corioliss is the BEST!! I have two and I have been using them both for the past three years. It's 100% ceramic...not coated plates!!! This is the best for hair because it doesn't burn or fry the hair. This straightener is good for all hair types fine, thickck, curly, coarse, long, or short. As long as you condition your hair before straigthening your hair you'll get the perfect style.

Honestly, you don't want to go cheap on hair care products because over time it can damage your hair. If you want beautiful hair then you have to invest in it! But, if you have to go cheap then try buying it on Ebay, they have good deals!
If your looking for short term the best I've come across and (I've tried a lot for my daughter she has extremely curly hair. ) Is ';botanical hair relaxing balm by ';Phyto'; it also one allure's best of 2008 award you only need about the size of a quarter in your hair and either brush or blow dry straight this product also makes claims of being organic and it also moisturizes . You can pick it up at sephora
Um, i personally love my Paul Mitchel Ceramic straightener. My hair used to take over two hours with my old straightener and this one can easily tackle the job (and it really is a big job) in about 30 minutes. Costs $180 and worth every penny
Try the Conair Infiniti!

I have one and it's GREAT! : )
I tried several straighteners before I bought my CHI, and I will never try anything else! I freakin' love it! I recommended it to my mom, sister, and two best friends- they love it, too. If you buy it at a store (like Trade Secret) or in a salon, it's about $120. I found mine on Ebay for $79.
Hairhouse warehouse have great, affordable straighteners.

I paid $60 for mine and it works just as well as a GHD. It even gets 10 degrees hotter.

Cant for the life of me think of the brand, but that shop is the best place for what you are looking for.
Beyond the Zone....I've used both the Chi and Beyond the one, and I would prefer that over a Chi anyday...I have thick curly hair, and after i was done with it, It was straight as a board...
chii's are the best!!!!

your best bet is to get one online there cheaper!!

you can find them in stores but for a lil more cash.
HOT TOOLS IS THE WAY TO GO CHECK E-BAY
