Sorry, girl, but finding a CHI for under $100 is not going to happen, especially if you're not wanting to buy online. CHI is the best flat iron you can buy though...so it would be worth the money. I use a CHI and I love it! Other flat irons are not as good as a CHI. In stores or salons, they will almost always be over a hundred dollars..but you can find good deals on CHI's at Ulta. They will often be $20 dollars off the original price of about $120-sometimes to $140 or not very likely, but possibly $150 if you are wanting one that is extremely nice...but I recommend the $120-140 price range.
