Just put some Neosporin and ice on it. Be careful while doing your hair in the next few days as it will be sore and you don't want to pop it or scrape it with your brush. That will hurt really badly :( If it's in a spot where you can get one of those tiny little band-aids or the circle band-aids on it use one of those with some Neosporin on the blister. This will protect it and help it heal a lot faster. I have done this but it was the entire length of my thumb. Those suckers get so hot! I make sure I use a product on my hair to protect it from heat damage from using such a hot flat iron. The one I am using now is made by Thermasilk and it is a product line made specifically for people who use heated hair styling devices. It actually works with the heat to make your hair healthier, stronger and shinier.
this happened to me... this is really wierd but i found that contact solution works really well at soothing the burning pain, if you don't have any ice and cold water will help it.
ice, it will make it feel better. you will probably blister, but don't pop it, it will increase the risk of infection and it will make it hurt more, just let it heal on its own time
Try Aloe Vera like you would for sunburn.
